Davura offers optional Shipping Protection to cover issues such as lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.

What is Covered

Shipping Protection covers:

  • Lost packages

  • Damaged items during shipping

  • Orders marked as delivered but not received

  • Stolen packages (may require proof)

How to File a Claim

To submit a claim, contact us at supportdavura@gmail.com and include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

Time Limits

Claims must be submitted within:

  • 30 days for lost packages

  • 7 days for damaged or missing items after delivery

Resolution

After reviewing your claim, we may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund (depending on case evaluation)
